Special Interest Groups
What is a Special Interest Group (SIG)? Special Interest Groups exist within Dallas Cotillion Club to offer members the chance to connect and socialize with others who share similar hobbies and passions through organized activities. Feel free to make friends by joining an existing group – or even start a new one!
Who is eligible to join? All active members of Dallas Cotillion Club are welcome to join any Special Interest Group. Click here to join Dallas Cotillion Club and get access to all of our SIGs!
When are the SIG events? SIG event schedules are determined by each individual group. They will communicate their event details through their individual GroupMe channel.
How do I join a SIG? Email your name, phone number, and the groups you wish to join to cotillionclubsocial@gmail.com, and we will add you to the GroupMe channels.
Are there limits to the number of groups I can join? We want you to make your experience in Dallas Cotillion Club your own. There are no limits to the number of groups you can join. Members are encouraged to join as many groups as they are interested in.
How do I start a new SIG that fits my interests? If you have a unique interest and wish to start a new Special Interest Group, we encourage you to take the initiative!
To propose a new group, please fill out this form. Once approved, your group will be recognized as an active part of the Dallas Cotillion Club.
Current Special Interest Groups
After Hours: Perfect for the happy hour or weekend warrior crowd, looking for the best spot for karaoke, trivia, or even brunch!
Creative Crew: A group for ladies who love all things creative and artsy! If you enjoy creative activities such as wine and paint events, crafting classes, art exhibits, cultural festivals, and museum exhibits, then this is the group for you!
Mahjong Madness: Come join us and play mahjong! Never played? That’s okay! Most of us are beginner to intermediate level!
